Eric Jensen

Eric Jensen has been working in senior housing for over 25 years. Before helping to open Beach Terrace in 2022, Eric served as a traveling executive director for several years with Beach Terrace’s management company, Seasons... Eric Jensen has been working in senior housing for over 25 years. Before helping to open Beach Terrace in 2022, Eric served as a traveling executive director for several years with Beach Terrace’s management company, Seasons Living. Originally starting out in hospice care as a counselor, Eric has served as a marketing director and executive director in independent living, assisted living, and memory care. When Eric is not working, he’s likely either golfing or riding his bike on the beach with his wife, whom he married in 2023.


Maintenance Director

Felipe De Con

Felipe has been working in Maintenance for over 10 years and has extensive knowledge of all different trades. He has worked in Memory Care communities since 2015 and loves what he does... Felipe has been working in Maintenance for over 10 years and has extensive knowledge of all different trades. He has worked in Memory Care communities since 2015 and loves what he does. Felipe takes pride in the safety and cleanliness of our community. He encourages staff to treat the community like their home. It brings him joy to lend a helping hand whenever help is needed. Outside of work, Felipe likes finding the next best taco shop in town and spending time with his wife, two kids, and dog, Puffy.

Grace Rosales

Grace Rosales has been working in assisted living and memory care for 26 years. She is very passionate about providing seniors with the very best care... Grace Rosales has been working in assisted living and memory care for 26 years. She is very passionate about providing seniors with the very best care. Grace is a mother of three and loves spending time with her family. She is a football fanatic and a diehard fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.


Wellness Director

Alysia Noriega

Alysia Noriega has worked in the healthcare industry for 18 years, starting in a medical office, working at a blood bank, and then as a nurse... Alysia Noriega has worked in the healthcare industry for 18 years, starting in a medical office, working at a blood bank, and then as a nurse. She has been an LVN for 6 years. Working with seniors is very rewarding for her, and she truly enjoys it. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, traveling, and spending time with family.

Kayli Camarillo

Kayli recently began her career in Senior Living. She worked in another office for 8+ years and says she’ll never go back to anything else! She loves how warm and welcoming working in a community is and... Kayli recently began her career in Senior Living. She worked in another office for 8+ years and says she’ll never go back to anything else! She loves how warm and welcoming working in a community is and how every day is never the same. Not only that, but she takes pride in her role, not only interacting with family members and employees, but she also enjoys spending time with residents as well. She has a true passion for helping and caring for people. In her spare time, Kayli enjoys traveling to new places with her husband and son.


Culinary Director

Chef Rocio Rios

Chef Rocio Rios graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu Program in Pasadena in 2003. She is passionate about food and providing great dining service. Her career in senior living.. Chef Rocio Rios graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu Program in Pasadena in 2003. She is passionate about food and providing great dining service. Her career in senior living began in 2004 as she worked her way through dishwashing positions to prep cook. Rocio believes building relationships with residents has been the biggest bonus for her. She loves hearing their life stories.

She has one 16-year-old daughter, and they spend most weekends together on softball fields. Sofia plays catcher, third base, and left field. When not on the softball fields, they enjoy spending time together at the beach.


Community Relations Director

Stephanie Perez

Stephanie Perez is one of Beach Terrace’s Community Relations Directors and has been working in the senior living industry for the past 13 years... Stephanie Perez is one of Beach Terrace’s Community Relations Directors and has been working in the senior living industry for the past 13 years. Stephanie’s love for seniors started at a very young age. When she was 10 years old, her parents opened a board and care facility in southern Orange County. She remembers thinking how blessed she was to have so many grandparents around as she was growing up. 

The memories she created with the seniors and the wonderful stories she got to hear from them left a lasting impact on her life. Stephanie has seen firsthand how Alzheimer’s and Dementia affect those she loves and their families. It has become her mission in life to help those affected by any cognitive impairment, which has led her to work at our memory care community. 

Stephanie attended the University of California, Riverside and during her 4 years there, she was very involved with her sorority as a philanthropy chairman, where she focused primarily on Gerontology and Alzheimer's disease. She has taken courses in Alzheimer’s and Dementia as she wants to stay up-to-date with how to properly care for and communicate with her residents and support their families. Stephanie is a social butterfly who loves to make new friends, so if you see her, say hi; you won’t regret it.


Community Relations Director

Jeffrey Martinez

Jeffrey Martinez is an Orange County native, raised in Newport Beach. He has been in the Senior Living industry for 15 years. Having provided extensive caregiving... Jeffrey Martinez is an Orange County native, raised in Newport Beach. He has been in the Senior Living industry for 15 years. Having provided extensive caregiving for his brother with special needs, Jeffrey understands the challenges families face when they need help for various types of health needs and situations. Jeffrey is a people person and genuinely looks forward to helping families make the best choice possible to fit their needs.

Jeffrey works closely with family members, introducing them to the care services, amenities, and activities available. He educates family members, making sure all their questions are answered, and their needs are being met during the transition process. He also builds relationships with key community partners to raise awareness of the available services at Beach Terrace. Jeffrey believes that when caring for those in need, one must put their heart, mind, and soul into even the smallest acts, and do them with kindness.

Ariceli Hernandez

Ariceli Hernandez has been working in memory care for the past 15 years. She could not imagine working in any other environment... Ariceli Hernandez has been working in memory care for the past 15 years. She could not imagine working in any other environment. Engaging the residents, seeing them have fun, and making them laugh is all what makes Ariceli tick. She loves being at Beach Terrace, with wonderful staff, great residents and amazing family members. Ariceli spends her off time having fun with her husband and 4 girls.
